We use these products before sending them to you. One of our marketing associations carried the Ideal Seal in her purse to see if it could be a travel hand-held embosser. We passed it around to our employees to see if it would fit everyone’s hands. We gave them out to see how intrinsic the features were and how easily people use them. So, now we have a legitimate review to give you. And a new product we love. We hope you do, too. We all want the best of both worlds. And now you can. Ideal Seal, the new embosser by Trodat, offers the convenience of a desk embosser and the luxury of the travel embosser. The curve of the handle is more than esthetically pleasing, for it allows you to be a secure notary and stash your insert in the body of the embosser. So, now you have the option of not only locking your embosser, but locking the insert to make it more difficult for someone to use your embosser. The embosser now dual locks on the side. Unlike the other embossers, the Ideal Seal’s handle only needs to be flat and the lock slides into place. Do not push the handle further down in an attempt to lock it. ideal seal locks on the side   locked vs unclocked One finger can be used to create an impression. (But really one finger can be used. One of our marketing associates could do it. You can do it. Watch her make the easiest impression in our video.) A click can be heard to notify the finish of the seal. Once you have your new embosser, and try it a few times, you’ll come to hear the click of the finished product (we didn’t hear it the first few times we used it, probably overwhelmed with how easy it was gliding down!). Honestly, the smooth execution of the embosser deems the click unnecessary. The first time we used it, we thought the impression was not completed so we took the paper to inspect, and sure enough there was our perfect impression. All of our employees have used this—and the handle grip works well for all. Even the smallest hands are not as awkward handling the embosser. Our office ranges from 6’2” to 5’1”, and no one had a problem using this as a hand-held embosser. Ideal Seal embosser in hand One of the less used, but highly appreciated features, is the inserts now tell you which way is up and which way is down. Our video on “How to Place Your Modern Embosser Insert” still demonstrates how to place the insert; but, now it is easier to identify how the insert should be placed in the embosser. The durability of the hybrid stands up to it all. We have dropped and hit and tossed this embosser to ensure it is the best for you. It truly encompasses a modern embosser, for it allows you to do multiple things with one item. Watch our video demonstrating the new features of the Ideal Seal. We love our new Ideal Seal, and we hope you will, too. Reviews from you only help us improve our product line for you—are you happy with the new Ideal Seal Embosser? What is your take on it?
